Live event streaming across the Midlands

Stream quality depends on the upload speed and stability of the connection. As a guide, we recommend at least 10 Mbps of steady, dedicated upload for a 1080p HD stream, and more for 4K or several streams at once. Venue Wi-Fi is rarely suitable, so we test the venue’s wired line beforehand and always add a bonded 4G/5G backup. Where there’s no suitable connection, we can arrange a temporary leased line or satellite link.

Yes. We always check connectivity in advance. If a venue’s line isn’t good enough, or there isn’t one, we can provide bonded 4G/5G, a temporary leased line or satellite, depending on the location and how far ahead we know.

Absolutely. We can supply as much or as little as you need, from cameras and vision mixing to encoding and everything in between. As part of White Event Production we also have sound, lighting, staging, LED screens, set and furniture, so we can produce the whole event, not just the stream.

Yes. We can give you an embed code for the stream to place on any page, and add domain-level security so it only plays where it should. Our audience interaction tools can be embedded too. Alternatively, we can host everything on a branded registration and viewing platform.

Any of them: YouTube, LinkedIn Live, Vimeo, Facebook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, your intranet, or our own secure branded viewing platform. We can also stream to several destinations at once.

Yes. Options range from a simple password to a fully branded registration journey that captures the information you need and checks only the right people get in. That can include email-domain verification, or admins approving each registration before the viewer is let in. With registration in place, you can see in real time who has registered, who is watching, and for how long.
