virtual event production
When everyone is online, production is the whole event. We create fully virtual events with professional presenters, remote guests, graphics, pre-recorded films and live interaction, all delivered on a branded platform.
A running order, a director, graphics and pre-recorded films, all paced for people watching on a screen.
Contributors join from home or office through a managed green room, with tech checks and a producer looking after them.
Quizzes with leaderboards, live polls, selfie walls, song requests and video call-ins keep people involved.
Registration, reminders, the player and the interaction tools, all on your brand and your domain.
From a hundred colleagues to tens of thousands of viewers worldwide, delivered over a global CDN.
Bring everyone together without venue hire, travel or accommodation, and keep the content afterwards.
A virtual event has nowhere to hide. There's no venue atmosphere and no coffee break to carry the day, just the screen and whatever you put on it. That's why we produce virtual events the way a broadcaster produces a TV show. We build a running order with real rhythm, mix live presentation with pre-recorded inserts, use graphics to give the event its own identity, and put in moments that invite the audience to respond.
To close Severn Trent's Share a Smile campaign we produced Rockaoke, a live-streamed virtual karaoke party. It had a live band, custom neon signage, head-to-head singing battles and employees video-calling in to perform. Song requests and a "send your selfie" feature kept everyone else involved. There was no venue to hire and nobody had to travel, yet colleagues right across the region were part of the same night.
During the 2020 race season we built a virtual hospitality event for a Formula One™ team with Racing Line Events. It was two days of live programming from the team's Silverstone headquarters, with live links to the factory, trackside and drivers' homes. 95% of viewers said they would recommend it.
Most virtual events rely on contributors joining from home or the office. We send camera, lighting and audio kits where they're needed, run technical checks in advance, and keep everyone in a virtual green room with a stream producer, even once the show is live. To the audience, every contributor looks and sounds like they belong in the same programme.
Your audience arrives through a branded registration and viewing site. Branded invitations and reminders go out by email, people sign in securely, and they watch with Q&A, polls and downloads beside the player. Afterwards you get full analytics: who joined, how long they stayed, and what they responded to.

Absolutely. Moderated live Q&A (with upvoting if you like) is one of the most popular features, alongside live polls, word clouds and quizzes with leaderboards. Interaction modules can be removed once the live event ends, so replay viewers see a clean version.
It’s mainly how the video reaches the audience. A webinar runs on a meeting tool such as Zoom or Teams: participants can share video, audio and documents in near real time, which is great for discussion, but quality is often limited by webcams and compression, and platforms can cap numbers. A webcast (or live stream) uses professional encoding to send a produced feed to a streaming server and out over a global CDN. There’s a short delay, typically somewhere between a few seconds and about 20 seconds, but no practical limit on audience size and much higher quality. We produce both, and often combine them.
Yes. We regularly produce events on Zoom, Teams and other webinar platforms, feeding in a properly mixed programme with cameras, sound, graphics, slides and video, and managing every speaker through a green room.
Yes. We bring remote presenters in through a managed virtual green room with tech checks and rehearsals, and can send professional camera, lighting and audio kits to their home or office. To the audience, they look and sound like part of the main programme.
It’s what we do best. Our in-house developers create fully bespoke, branded microsites that host the stream along with registration, interaction, documents, feedback and analytics. Most clients ask us to match their corporate website so the journey feels seamless.
