What professional live event streaming actually involves
A good live stream is more than a camera and an internet connection. Your remote audience sees the event through whatever we put on screen, so it has to be lit for camera, mixed for headphones, and cut so every speaker, slide and reaction lands. Our crews have streamed everything from intimate board-room webcasts to multi-stage festivals, and we run every stream like a broadcast. There is a running order, a director, a vision mixer calling the shots, and an engineer watching the encoders and the connection.
We arrive early, test everything, and stay with the event until the last viewer has gone. You get a stream that looks the way your brand should look, and a team that's already dealt with whatever might go wrong.
Stream to social channels, your intranet or a private portal
Public launches and awards often go out to YouTube, LinkedIn Live, Vimeo or Facebook, sometimes several of them at once. Internal and investor events usually need more control. For those we can embed the player on your intranet with domain locking, or host it on a secure branded registration and viewing platform built by our in-house team. Delegates sign up, receive branded invitation and reminder emails, and watch with Q&A, polls and documents beside the stream.
Built for reliability
Remote audiences don't forgive buffering or a dropped feed. Every stream we produce has redundancy at each step: two encoders, a bonded 4G/5G backup alongside the venue line (or a temporary leased line where there's nothing suitable), and a separate recording that doesn't depend on the stream. We test the connection on site beforehand and agree a contingency plan with you, so if something does fail the audience shouldn't notice.
Live streaming for every kind of event
We regularly stream AGMs and financial results presentations, leadership conferences, company town halls, product launches, awards ceremonies, music festivals, sporting hospitality and charity events. Whether the audience is 50 colleagues or tens of thousands of fans, the approach is the same: understand who's watching, design the stream for them, and deliver it without fuss.
After the stream
The live broadcast can stay online for on-demand viewing straight away. Our editors can turn the recording into highlights, chaptered sessions or social clips, and we hand over the full programme plus the individual camera recordings. See post-event content for more.
