webinar production
Webinars put your audience in the conversation, but built-in webcams and shaky connections can let the content down. We produce webinars on the platform you already use, with professional cameras, audio, graphics and a producer managing every speaker.
Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex or a webinar platform. We work with what your audience already uses.
Proper cameras, microphones and lighting for presenters, in a venue, the office or at home.
Tech checks, a green room and a producer who cues every contributor and handover.
Branded lower-thirds, slide playback and video inserts mixed into the webinar feed.
Questions filtered and passed to the chair, with polls timed for the right moment.
Secure, invitation-only sessions with built-in analytics for follow-up.
The main difference is how the audience takes part. A webinar runs on a meeting platform such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Participants can share audio, video and documents in near real time, which makes it great for panels, Q&A and training. A webcast is a produced one-to-many stream through a dedicated player with a delay of a few seconds or more. It can reach unlimited viewers in higher quality, but with less two-way interaction. We produce both, and we often combine them. For example, analysts can ask questions on Zoom while everyone else watches the webcast. See webcasting for more.
We know the inner workings of the main webinar platforms and use them to their limits. Our production team feeds a properly mixed programme into the webinar. That includes multiple camera angles, clean audio, branded graphics, slides and video, so attendees see a polished show rather than a grid of webcams. Your speakers can be together in one room, spread across the country, or both.
We coach presenters, rehearse handovers and keep everyone in a virtual green room with a producer, even while the session is live. If a speaker's connection drops, the producer has a plan for it before the audience notices. Scripts, timings and slides are managed for you.
With the right kit and a short setup, webinars can be produced to a professional standard from a hotel meeting room, your boardroom or a presenter's home office, with minimal disruption. Scalable setups suit everything from a small private briefing to sessions for thousands.

It’s mainly how the video reaches the audience. A webinar runs on a meeting tool such as Zoom or Teams: participants can share video, audio and documents in near real time, which is great for discussion, but quality is often limited by webcams and compression, and platforms can cap numbers. A webcast (or live stream) uses professional encoding to send a produced feed to a streaming server and out over a global CDN. There’s a short delay, typically somewhere between a few seconds and about 20 seconds, but no practical limit on audience size and much higher quality. We produce both, and often combine them.
Yes. We regularly produce events on Zoom, Teams and other webinar platforms, feeding in a properly mixed programme with cameras, sound, graphics, slides and video, and managing every speaker through a green room.
