One production partner from stage to stream
Event Streaming is part of White Event Production, a full-service event production company. That means the people who stream your event can also design the stage, light the room, run the sound and call the show. Booking separate AV and streaming suppliers often causes problems with camera positions, audio feeds and timings. When it's all one team, the event is planned for both audiences from the start.
Built for the room, ready for the camera
For the MICHELIN Guide UK & Ireland awards at Glasgow's Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, the team worked overnight once the museum closed to the public. They built a gloss-black stage with an 11m × 4.5m LED wall and dramatic lighting for 600 guests, and ran a six-camera live broadcast to more than 30,000 viewers worldwide. The room and the stream were designed together, so both looked their best.
Everything under one roof
Our warehouse, workshop and crew cover sound, lighting, LED, cameras, staging, set, furniture and props. Our producers, directors, production managers, technicians and show-callers have delivered everything from 50-person board events to large awards ceremonies. If you need a set piece that doesn't exist yet, our workshop can design and build it.
Add the stream whenever you want to reach further
Many in-person events become hybrid once the organiser sees how easily the audience can be extended. Shareholders who can't travel, colleagues in other offices, partners overseas: because our cameras and sound are already in place, adding a live stream or a recording for on-demand viewing is a small step rather than a second project.
