We've produced twice-yearly results broadcasts for a FTSE 100 company, with more than 45,000 minutes of footage viewed in the first couple of hours. We deliver Severn Trent's half-year and full-year results, filming on location and editing the day before stream day, and we produced their investor and analyst update following Ofwat's draft determination. For Croda's half-year results we went from first brief to a seamless results presentation for a high-profile audience in a short timeframe.
Our slide-sync system matches presentation slides to the video timecode, so viewers watching live or on demand always see the right slide beside the speaker. They can also jump straight to the section they need. It works with our own player and with YouTube or Vimeo, and everything is controlled from a straightforward admin dashboard.
Many results presentations end with a live Q&A for analysts. We run this on Zoom or Microsoft Teams, so selected analysts can ask questions on camera, while everyone else watches the same Q&A on the webcast. Text questions from the platform go to the board table in real time on a tablet. Afterwards we publish a quick Q&A edit and a full transcript.
Results content is market-sensitive until release. Our platform is hosted in a secure UK data centre, backed up every four hours and built in line with PCI DSS standards. It has secure authentication and access controls throughout. Pre-recorded content is held securely and released only at the agreed time.

Yes. Options range from a simple password to a fully branded registration journey that captures the information you need and checks only the right people get in. That can include email-domain verification, or admins approving each registration before the viewer is let in. With registration in place, you can see in real time who has registered, who is watching, and for how long.
Yes. We produce AGM webcasts, where shareholders watch and submit questions, and full hybrid AGMs, where shareholders attending electronically can ask questions and vote. We integrate with your registrar or e-voting provider. We’ll work with your company secretary to make sure the format suits your articles of association.
Access can be restricted with shareholder reference numbers, unique links, registrar sign-in, email-domain checks or admin approval. Our platforms are hosted in a secure UK data centre, backed up regularly and built with secure authentication, and every viewer’s attendance can be reported afterwards.
Yes, it’s a common format. We film at your offices or on location with autocue, edit on site with graphics and slide timings, get sign-off the same day, and publish at the moment of release. A live analyst Q&A can then run on the webcast and on Zoom or Teams together.
